پویه پیمان

پویه پیمان، مجسمه‌ساز، هنرمند زیور معاصر و مدرس دانشگاه، دارای مدرک کارشناسی مجسمه‌سازی و کارشناسی ارشد پژوهش هنر از دانشگاه تهران است. او از سال ۱۳۹۴ در دانشگاه هنر تهران و دانشگاه هنر و معماری پارس تدریس می‌کند.

فعالیت میان‌رشته‌ای او در مرز میان مجسمه، پیکره پوشیدنی و زیور معاصر شکل گرفته است. آثار او به رابطه بدن با بیماری، آسیب‌پذیری، حافظه، طبیعت و حیات مصنوعی می‌پردازند. تجربه‌گری در مواد، توسعه فرایندهای ساخت و تبدیل تجربه‌های شخصی و اجتماعی به ساختارهای بدن‌محور، از مؤلفه‌های اصلی فعالیت هنری اوست.

آثار پویه پیمان در نمایشگاه‌ها و رویدادهای هنری متعددی در ایران و ایالات متحده، از جمله تهران، شیکاگو، کالیفرنیا، آریزونا و نیویورک ارائه شده‌اند. او عضو انجمن هنرمندان مجسمه‌ساز ایران و انجمن بین‌المللی Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG) است.

Pouyeh Peyman is a sculptor, contemporary jewelry artist, wearable sculpture artist, and university lecturer. She holds a BFA in Sculpture and an MA in Art Research from the University of Tehran. Since 2015, she has taught at Tehran University of Art and Pars University of Art and Architecture.

Her interdisciplinary practice moves between sculpture, wearable sculpture, and contemporary jewelry. Her work explores the relationships between the body, illness, vulnerability, memory, nature, and artificial life. Material experimentation, process-based making, and the transformation of personal and social experiences into body-oriented structures are central to her artistic practice.

Peyman’s work has been presented in exhibitions and art events in Iran and the United States, including Tehran, Chicago, California, Arizona, and New York. She is a member of the Iranian Sculptors Association and the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG).
